And to think, just 6 months ago, Chris was just starting to look at self storage investing and began to learn about the asset class… too cool. Chris came into the commercial real estate world after being a successful residential real estate investor. The cash running his residential business was great, but didn’t offer him or his family the life they wanted to live.
